( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الدَّقِيقِيُّ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَلَى مِنْبَرِهِ يَقُولُ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. وَفِيهِ:

" أَلَا وَلَا تَؤُمَّنَّ امْرَأَةٌ رَجُلًا.
