( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ

أَنَّ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ وَهُوَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ مِمَّنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ: أَتَى رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ: إِنِّي قَدْ أَنْكَرْتُ بَصَرِي وَأَنَا أُصَلِّي بِقَوْمِي فَإِذَا كَانَتِ الْأَمْطَارُ سَالَ الْوَادِي الَّذِي بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ لَمْ أَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ آتِيَ مَسْجِدَهُمْ فَأُصَلِّيَ بِهِمْ وَوَدِدْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنَّكَ تَأْتِي وَتُصَلِّي فِي بَيْتِي
