أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ:

أَنَّ عِتْبَانَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ كَانَ يَؤُمُّ قَوْمَهُ وَهُوَ أَعْمَى فَقَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ: إِنَّهَا تَكُونُ الظُّلْمَةُ وَالْمَطَرُ، وَأَنَا رَجُلٌ ضَرِيرُ الْبَصَرِ فَصَلِّ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فِي بَيْتِي، مَكَانًا أَتَّخِذُهُ مُصَلًّى فَجَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: أَيْنَ تُحِبُّ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ. فَأَشَارَ لَهُ إِلَى الْمَكَانِ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَصَلَّى فِيهِ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ
