أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، ثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ الْحَاطِبِيُّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ لِرَجُلٍ:
أَدِّبِ ابْنَكَ فَإِنَّكَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ وَلَدِكَ مَاذَا أَدَّبْتَهُ، وَمَاذَا عَلَّمْتَهُ، وَإِنَّهُ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ بِرِّكَ وَطَوَاعِيَتِهِ لَكَ
