أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَنْبَأَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو حَزْرَةَ: يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ:

" لَا يُصَلِّيَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بِحَضْرَةِ الطَّعَامِ وَلَا وَهُوَ يُدَافِعُ الْأَخْبَثَيْنِ الْغَائِطَ وَالْبَوْلَ

    وسئل أبي عن حديث رواه أبو معشر عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أنه كان لا يصلي وهو يجد في بطنه شيئا قال أبي لم يعمل أبو معشر شيئا إنما هو هشام عن أبيه عن عبد الله بن الأرقم عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وإنما أراد أبو معشر حديث عائشة الذي يرويه ابن أبي عتيق عن أبيه عن عائشة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لا يصلين أحدكم بحضرة الطعام ولا وهو يدافع الأخبثين
