وَأَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
أَمَّنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فِي زَمَنِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ ؓ عِشْرِينَ لَيْلَةً ثُمَّ احْتَبَسَ، فَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: قَدْ تَفَرَّغَ لِنَفْسِهِ. ثُمَّ أَمَّهُمْ أَبُو حَلِيمَةَ: مُعَاذٌ الْقَارِئُ، فَكَانَ يَقْنُتُ
