( أَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ:
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَقُولُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ: مَنْ دَعَا إِلَى الْجَمَلِ الْأَحْمَرِ ؟ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: لَا وَجَدْتَ، إِنَّمَا بُنِيَتِ الْمَسَاجِدُ لِمَا بُنِيَتْ لَهُ
