( أَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمَّارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
إِذَا كَانَ الدَّمُ فَاحِشًا فَعَلَيْهِ الْإِعَادَةُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَلِيلًا فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ إِعَادَةٌ
