Recite the Qur'an, for it will come on the Day of Resurrection as an intercessor for its companions. Recite the two radiant ones, al-Baqarah and Āl ʿImrān, for they will come on the Day of Resurrection as though they were two clouds, or as though they were two canopies, or as though they were two flocks of birds with wings spread, pleading on behalf of their companion. Recite Sūrat al-Baqarah, for taking hold of it is a blessing, and leaving it is a cause of regret, and the sorcerers (al-baṭalah) cannot withstand it.
