( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَازِمِ بْنِ أَبِي غَرَزَةَ، أَنْبَأَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ يُقَالُ لَهُ: أَبُو مُوسَى - يَعْنِي مَالِكَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ - قَالَ:
كُنْتُ مَعَ عَلِيٍّ فَقَالَ اطْلُبُوهُ يَعْنِي الْمُخْدَجَ، فَلَمْ يَجِدُوهُ فَجَعَلَ يَعْرَقُ جَبِينُهُ وَيَقُولُ: وَاللهِ مَا كَذَبْتُ وَلَا كُذِبْتُ. فَاسْتَخْرَجُوهَ مِنْ سَاقَيْهِ فَسَجَدَ
