وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ دَعْلَجُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْأَبَّارُ، ثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَحْرٍ الْخَشَّابُ، ثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ إِسْلَامُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ فِي آخِرِ الْأَمْرِ فَلَمْ يَأْمُرْهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِإِعَادَةِ الصَّلَاةِ، فَمَنْ تَكَلَّمَ فِي صَلَاتِهِ سَاهِيًا أَوْ جَاهِلًا مَضَتْ صَلَاتُهُ، وَمَنْ تَكَلَّمَ مُتَعَمِّدًا اسْتَأْنَفَ الصَّلَاةَ
