( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَسِيدُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَيُّوبُ السَّخْتِيَانِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ:
أَخَّرَ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الصَّلَاةَ، فَلَقِيتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ الصَّامِتِ فَسَأَلْتُهُ، فَضَرَبَ فَخِذِي وَقَالَ: سَأَلْتُ خَلِيلِي أَبَا ذَرٍّ فَضَرَبَ فَخِذِي، وَقَالَ: سَأَلْتُ خَلِيلِي - يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَضَرَبَ فَخِذِي فَقَالَ: صَلِّ الصَّلَاةَ لِمِيقَاتِهَا، فَإِنْ أَدْرَكْتَ فَصَلِّ مَعَهُمْ، وَلَا تَقُلْ: إِنِّي قَدْ صَلَّيْتُ، فَلَا أُصَلِّي
