( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ نُصَلِّي مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِذْ سَمِعَ جَلَبَةَ رِجَالٍ، فَلَمَّا صَلَّى دَعَاهُمْ، فَقَالَ: " مَا شَأْنُكُمْ ؟ ". قَالُوا: اسْتَعْجَلْنَا إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ، قَالَ: " فَلَا تَفْعَلُوا، إِذَا أَتَيْتُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَعَلَيْكُمُ السَّكِينَةَ، فَمَا أَدْرَكْتُمْ فَصَلُّوا، وَمَا سُبِقْتُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا
