( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا مِسْكِينُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
الْمُؤْمِنُ فِي سَعَةٍ مِنَ الِاسْتِمَاعِ إِلَيْهِ إِلَّا فِي صَلَاةٍ مَفْرُوضَةٍ، أَوْ مَكْتُوبَةٍ، أَوْ يَوْمِ جُمُعَةٍ، أَوْ يَوْمِ فِطْرٍ، أَوْ يَوْمِ أَضْحَى، - يَعْنِي -: وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا
