أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَمْرٍو الْأَصْبَهَانِيَّ يَعْنِي: ابْنَ مَنْدَهْ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ بْنَ هَارُونَ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ الْقَاضِي، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الْبُوَيْطِيَّ يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الشَّافِعِيَّ - رَحْمَةُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ - يَقُولُ:
يَدْخُلُ فِي حَدِيثِ: " الْأَعْمَالُ بِالنِّيَّاتِ ". ثُلُثُ الْعِلْمِ
