( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ مَوْقُوفًا. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: قَالَ أَبِي: لَيْسَ هُوَ أَبُو صَالِحٍ السَّمَّانُ وَلَا بَاذَامُ، هَذَا بَصْرِيٌّ أُرَاهُ مِيزَانٌ يَعْنِي اسْمُهُ مِيزَانٌ. ( قَالَ الشَّيْخُ ): وَهَذَا قَوْلُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ فِي أَصَحِّ الرِّوَايَتَيْنِ عَنْهُ، وَقَوْلُ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ، وَأَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَعَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِي، وَإِحْدَى الرِّوَايَتَيْنِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَعَائِشَةَ ؓ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ قَبِيصَةَ بْنِ ذُؤَيْبٍ وَهُوَ مِنَ التَّابِعِينَ: أَنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْمَغْرِبِ:
