ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:

أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَرَادَتْ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ جَارِيَةً فَتُعْتِقُهَا فَقَالَ أَهْلُهَا نَبِيعُكِهَا عَلَى أَنَّ وَلَاءَهَا لَنَا فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ عَائِشَةُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: لَا يَمْنَعُكِ ذَلِكَ فَإِنَّمَا الْوَلَاءُ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ
