( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا جُبَارَةُ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ صَبِيحٍ قَالَ:
كَاتَبْتُ عَلَى عَشْرَةِ آلَافٍ وَشُرِطَ عَلَيَّ أَنْ لَا أَخْرُجَ فَخَاصَمَنِي إِلَى شُرَيْحٍ فَقَالَ أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُضَيَّقَ عَلَيْكَ الدُّنْيَا فَاخْرُجْ
