( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حِبَّانُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:

طَلَّقَ مُكَاتَبٌ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَأَنْزَلَهُ مَنْزِلَةَ الْعَبْدِ
