( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ الْجَزَرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ مَيْمُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الْكِلَابِيُّ، ثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ عَبَّاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ قَالَ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" أَيُّمَا مُكَاتَبٍ كُوتِبَ عَلَى أَلْفِ أُوقِيَّةٍ فَأَدَّاهَا إِلَّا عَشْرَ أَوَاقٍ فَهُوَ عَبْدٌ وَأَيُّمَا مُكَاتَبٍ كُوتِبَ عَلَى مِائَةِ دِينَارٍ فَأَدَّاهَا إِلَّا عَشَرَةَ دَنَانِيرَ فَهُوَ عَبْدٌ
