( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا حِبَّانُ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:
أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ أَتَاهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ ابْنَةُ عَمٍّ لِي أَعْتَقَتْ جَارِيَتَهَا عَنْ دُبُرٍ وَلَا مَالَ لَهَا غَيْرُهَا. قَالَ: لِتَأْخُذْ مِنْ رَحِمِهَا.
