( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَامِدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ زَاهِرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، ثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ مَوْلَى الْحُرَقَةِ بَطْنٌ مِنْ بُطُونِ جُهَيْنَةَ قَالَ:

أَنْكَحَ سَيِّدُ جَدَّتِي عَبْدًا لَهُ ثُمَّ أَعْتَقَهَا عَنْ دُبُرٍ وَقَدْ وَلَدَتْ أَوْلَادًا بَعْدَ عِتْقِهَا عَنْ دُبُرٍ ثُمَّ تُوُفِّيَ سَيِّدُهَا فَخَاصَمَتْ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَقَضَى أَنَّ مَا وَلَدَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ تُدَبَّرَ عَبِيدٌ وَمَا وَلَدَتْ بَعْدَ التَّدْبِيرِ يُعْتَقُونَ بِعِتْقِهَا
