( بِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ نَاجِيَةَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: "
أَنَا أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ فَمَنْ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَالًا فَمَالُهُ لِمَوَالِي الْعَصَبَةِ وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلًّا أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَأَنَا وَلِيُّهُ فَلِأُدْعَى لَهُ
