( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عِيسَى، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ أَخْبَرَهُ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ حِينَ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ بِحَقِيبَةِ وَرِقٍ فَقَالُوا: إِنَّ فُلَانًا مَوْلَى أَبِيكَ تُوُفِّيَ وَأَنَّهُ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَدْفَعَ هَذِهِ إِلَيْكَ قَالَ وَيْحَهُ أَلَا أَنْفَقَهُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ فَجَاءَهُ رَسُولُ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنِ ابْعَثْ إِلَيَّ بِمِيرَاثِهِ مِنْ مَوْلَى أَبِيهِ فَبَعَثَهُ إِلَيْهِ كُلَّهُ وَكَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ لَا يَرِثُ السَّائِبَةَ وَكَانَ عُمَرُ ؓ أَعْتَقَهُ سَائِبَةً
