( وَاحْتَجَّ بِمَا أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، وَأَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ:

" أَنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ لَا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرَ وَأَنَّ الْكَافِرَ لَا يَرِثُ الْمُسْلِمَ
