أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَرَّاحِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ جَدِّي عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَغَيْلَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ عَمِّي زَوَّجَنِي جَارِيَةً لَهُ وَإِنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَسْتَرِقَّ وَلَدِي فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: لَيْسَ ذَاكَ لَهُ
