وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، ثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا كَانَ لَهُ سِتَّةُ أَعْبُدٍ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَهُمْ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَكَرِهَ ذَلِكَ ثُمَّ جَزَّأَهُمْ أَظُنُّهُ قَالَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً
