أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَوْصَى عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ فَأَعْتَقَ سِتَّةَ مَمَالِيكَ لَيْسَ لَهُ مَالٌ غَيْرُهُمْ أَوْ قَالَ أَعْتَقَ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ سِتَّةَ مَمَالِيكَ لَهُ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ شَيْءٌ غَيْرُهُمْ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ فِيهِ قَوْلًا شَدِيدًا ثُمَّ دَعَاهُمْ فَجَزَّأَهُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ فَأَقْرَعَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَأَعْتَقَ اثْنَيْنِ وَأَرَقَّ أَرْبَعَةً
