أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ كَانَ ثَلَاثُونَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُونَ:
إِذَا أَعْتَقَ الرَّجُلُ الْعَبْدَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الرَّجُلِ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ إِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا وَإِنْ كَانَ مُعْسِرًا سَعَى بِالْعَبْدِ صَاحِبُهُ فِي نِصْفِ قِيمَتِهِ غَيْرَ مَشْقُوقٍ عَلَيْهِ
