وَرَوَاهُ غَيْرُهُ عَنْ بِشْرٍ: مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا فِي عَبْدٍ فَقَدْ عَتَقَ كُلُّهُ إِنْ كَانَ لِلَّذِي عَتَقَ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمَالِ مَا يَبْلُغُ ثَمَنَهُ يُقِيِّمُهُ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ الْعَدْلِ فَيَدْفَعُ إِلَى شُرَكَائِهِ أَنْصِبَاءَهُمْ وَيُخَلِّي سَبِيلَهُ ". ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْأَدِيبُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْإِسْمَاعِيلِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحِنَّائِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُعَاذٍ، ثَنَا بِشْرٌ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ. ( وَبِمَعْنَاهُ ) رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ.
