( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَ أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ أَعْتَقَ شِرْكًا لَهُ فِي عَبْدٍ أُقِيمَ عَلَيْهِ قِيمَةَ الْعَدْلِ فَأُعْطِيَ شُرَكَاؤُهُ حِصَصَهُمْ وَعَتَقَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَبْدُ
