( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ طَرَفَةَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ اخْتَصَمَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فِي بَعِيرٍ فَأَقَامَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ فَقَضَى بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ
