أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ وَشُرَيْحٍ أَنَّهُمَا، قَالَا:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةٌ عَلَى شَهَادَةٍ فِي حَدٍّ وَلَا يُكْفَلُ فِي حَدٍّ
