أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الطُّوسِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَنْبَأَ حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ الْجُمَحِيُّ الْمَكِّيُّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" لَأَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ جَوْفُ أَحَدِكُمْ قَيْحًا خَيْرٌ لَهُ مِنْ أَنْ يَمْتَلِئَ شِعْرًا
