قَالَ الشَّيْخُ ): وَرَوَاهُ زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ عَنْ أَبِي مَوْدُودٍ الْمَدَنِيِّ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ كَعْبٍ قَالَ:
إِنَّ فِيمَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَى مُوسَى إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَا الْحَقَّ لِنُبْطِلَ بِهِ الْبَاطِلَ، وَنُبْطِلَ بِهِ اللَّعِبَ، وَالْمَزَامِيرَ، وَالْكِنَّارَاتِ، وَالشِّعْرَ، وَالْخَمْرَ فَأَقْسَمَ رَبِّي عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَا يَتْرُكُهَا عَبْدٌ خَشْيَةً مِنِّي إِلَّا سَقَيْتُهُ مِنْ حِيَاضِ الْقُدُسِ
