( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ابْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يُوسُفَ الزِّمِّيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ هُوَ الْجَزَرِيُّ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ حَبْتَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْخَمْرَ، وَالْمَيْسِرَ، وَالْكُوبَةَ وَهُوَ الطَّبْلُ، وَقَالَ: كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
