( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الصِّبْغِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ضُمَيْرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي ضُمَيْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
الْيَمِينُ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ بَيِّنَةٌ فَالْيَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ إِذَا كَانَ قَدْ خَالَطَهُ، فَإِنْ نَكَلَ حَلَفَ الْمُدَّعِي
