( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ مِمَّنْ يَتَّبِعُ الْعِلْمَ وَيَعِيهِ يُحَدِّثُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ قَالَ:

بَيْنَمَا نَحْنُ جُلُوسٌ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ فِي الْيَهُودِيِّ الَّذِي زَنَى بَعْدَ مَا أَحْصَنَ قَالَ: فَانْطَلَقَ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَؤُمُّ بَيْتَ الْمِدْرَاسِ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ: يَا مَعْشَرَ الْيَهُودِ أَنْشُدُكُمْ بِاللهِ الَّذِي أَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ عَلَى مُوسَى مَا تَجِدُونَ فِي التَّوْرَاةِ مِنَ الْعُقُوبَةِ عَلَى مَنْ زَنَى وَقَدْ أَحْصَنَ ؟
