( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، ثَنَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الْعَتَكِيِّ:

أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ يَعْمَرَ كَانَ يَقْضِي بِشَهَادَةِ شَاهِدٍ وَيَمِينٍ
