أَخْبَرَنَا ) الْإِمَامُ أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ رَزْمَوَيْهِ، ثَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ غَالِبٍ النَّسَوِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ( ح )، وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ. زَادَ الْحَنْظَلِيُّ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ: "الْوَاحِدِ" قَالَ: وَقَالَ أَبِي: وَقَضَى بِهِ عَلِيٌّ ؓ بِالْعِرَاقِ
