أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَامِرِيُّ مَدَنِيٌّ ثِقَةٌ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سُهَيْلَ بْنَ أَبِي صَالِحٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
