( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو عُبَيْدٍ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْمَحَامِلِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" مَنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ، فَلْيَعْدِلْ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي لَحْظِهِ وَإِشَارَتِهِ وَمَقْعَدِهِ
