( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ الْفَسَوِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اللُّؤْلُئِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَوْفٍ، ثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ، ثَنَا عِيسَى عَنْ ثَوْرٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنْ نُصَيْرٍ مَوْلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ قِسْمَةِ الضِّرَارِ
