حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ صَالِحُ بْنُ رُسْتُمَ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ شِنْظِيرٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ؓ قَالَ:
قَلَّمَا قَامَ فِينَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَّا حَثَّنَا فِيهِ عَلَى الصَّدَقَةِ، وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ، وَقَالَ: إِنَّ مِنَ الْمُثْلَةِ أَنْ تَنْذِرَ أَنْ تَخْرِمَ أَنْفَهُ، وَمِنَ الْمُثْلَةِ أَنْ تَنْذِرَ أَنْ تَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا، فَإِذَا نَذَرَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَحُجَّ مَاشِيًا، فَلْيُهْدِ هَدْيًا، وَلْيَرْكَبْ
