( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْقُرَشِيِّ:

أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ سُئِلَ عَنْ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا، وَوَلَدِ رِشْدَةٍ فِي الْعَتَاقَةِ، فَقَالَ: انْظُرْ أَكْثَرَهُمَا ثَمَنًا، فَوَجَدُوا وَلَدَ الزِّنَا أَكْثَرَهُمَا ثَمَنًا بِدِينَارٍ، فَأَمَرَهُمْ بِهِ
