( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الْخَالِقِ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْخَالِقِ الْمُؤَذِّنُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ خَنْبٍ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - ؓ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِذَا حَلَفَ أَحَدُكُمْ بِيَمِينٍ، ثُمَّ رَأَى خَيْرًا مِمَّا حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ، فَلْيُكَفِّرْ يَمِينَهُ، وَلْيَفْعَلِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْهُ
