( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ قَالَ:

كُنْتُ أَنَا وَعُبَيْدُ بْنُ عُمَيْرٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ عِنْدَ عَائِشَةَ ؓ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَسَأَلَهَا عُبَيْدٌ عَنْ قَوْلِ اللهِ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ. قَالَتْ: حَلِفُ الرَّجُلِ عَلَى عِلْمِهِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ، فَلَيْسَ فِيهِ كَفَّارَةٌ
