( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ الْمَيْمُونِيُّ، ثَنَا رَوْحٌ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْفَيْضِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ حِمْصَ، قَالَ:
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ ؓ يُسَاوِمُ رَجُلًا بِغَنَمٍ، فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَبِيعَهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ: بَعْدُ أَبِيعُهَا، فَقَالَ أَبُو الدَّرْدَاءِ: إِنِّي لَأَكْرَهُ أَنْ أَحْمِلَكَ عَلَى إِثْمٍ، فَأَبَى أَنْ يَشْتَرِيَهَا
