( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَمْرٍو مَوْلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، يُحَدِّثُ:
أَنَّ عَدِيَّ بْنَ حَاتِمٍ ؓ سُئِلَ، فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يُعْطِيَ، ثُمَّ أَعْطَى. فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، فَلْيَأْتِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ، وَلْيُكَفِّرْ يَمِينَهُ
