( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقَطَّانُ، ثَنَا أَبُو يَحْيَى جَعْفَرُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ السِّمْسَارُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبْدُوسٍ، ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ فِيمَا قَرَأَ عَلَى مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ - ؓ:

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، وَهُوَ يَسِيرُ فِي رَكْبٍ، وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: أَلَا إِنَّ اللهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ. مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا، فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللهِ أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ
